Cancelling Your Account
Log into your Billing Panel at https://billing.iljemail.com and you will see the top menu items like so. Click your name in the upper right corner to see a drop down menu. Choose “Cancel My Account”
You will then be presented with this screen:
There are two choices for you as far as cancellation goes.
- The first option is to cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. You will be able to use your email address until the billing cycle is over (either monthly or yearly)
- Option two is to cancel immediately. You no longer want your email address at all and want it deleted immediately. Please note there are no refunds for cancelling before the billing cycle is over.
