Submitting a Support Ticket
Getting help at ILJ Email is super easy!
If you can’t find what you need in our Knowledge Base we are more than happy to answer questions and help you with any problems you might be having using our website or service. First of all, make sure to use the search option at the top of the page in the Knowledge Base here: https://www.iljemail.com/help
If that doesn’t come back with an answer, check to see if we are waiting to help in the chat. Look at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Is there a blue Help or Chat button?
A small window will pop up. If someone is available to chat with you, it will look like this:
If there isn’t live chat available at the time, it will have a form you can fill out that looks like this:
If you fill out that form, it will open a new ticket in our help system and we will answer that ticket as soon as we can. We strive to get back with anyone needing help during the same business day if not within an hour or two. We check the tickets on a regular basis even on the weekends so we should always be able to get back with you within 24 hours.

You should always get an automated email from our ticket system to your email address that you provided that we received your request. If you don’t, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get filtered there. If it’s not there, then something may have gone wrong with the form. Please email email@example.com if that’s the case.
